Our services are exclusively dedicated to privately owned secondary residences, not short-term or seasonal rentals. This allows us to deliver highly personalized attention and uphold the quiet, respectful management our clients value.

Our key-holding service, billed at €320 per month, includes a bi-weekly villa inspection to ensure your property remains secure and well maintained, unless a different schedule is requested. This service is invoiced monthly, independent of whether the villa is occupied or vacant.

Additional travel time for property visits is billed at €30 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments. This includes but is not limited to scheduled maintenance and unscheduled visits to the property.

All pre and post-stay villa cleanings are completed while the property is vacant to ensure the highest level of care and attention. For extended visits, a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged by request; we simply ask that the villa be vacated during this time so our team can work efficiently and respectfully.
